What We Offer
Crisis Support & Intervention (24/7): Immediate response and support during emergencies or behavioural crises.
Floating Support & Outreach: Flexible, one-to-one or small-group support, tailored to the child’s needs.
Behavioural & Emotional Support: Specialist services for children with complex mental health, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), exploitation risks (e.g. CCE, CSE), self-harm or suicidal tendencies, and other vulnerabilities.
Family & Placement Support: Assistance with placement stability, transitions between settings, reintegration into family or a new home, and on-going therapeutic support.
Ongoing Care & Development: Encouragement, mentoring, life-skills support, and opportunities for positive development.
